Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. manufactures the ZSW1149 vibrating feeder, the first gate of a crushing line. Uneven feed, a blinded grizzly and an overheating exciter are the three troubles met most often on site, and once the front end stops, the whole line runs empty.

The pan is where the machine earns its keep. The 4900 × 1100 mm pan is welded from wear-resistant plate with stiffened walls and a lined bottom, so large lumps landing on it do not distort it. Grizzly bars are spaced to the feed size, scalping fines ahead of the crusher to lift throughput and liner life.

Sanland stress-relieves and machines the pan again, line-bores both side plates in one set-up and finishes the flange face in a single pass; shaft and bearing housings are fitted to tolerance and recorded before assembly. Each unit runs empty and under load, with stroke, speed and bearing rise checked before dispatch.

The ZSW1149 handles 120–280 t/h at 750 r/min with a 9–11 mm double amplitude, an 11 kW motor and a total weight of 5784 kg. Feed rate is steplessly adjustable by inverter and can follow the crusher load, cutting blockages and idle running. Feeders, crushers, screens and mills are supplied as one line from a single source.

Pan size, bar spacing and mounting angle follow the site layout, with inverter cabinets, level detection and magnets available; wear parts are supplied to drawing and changed without stripping the machine.
